First Advantage Turns to Phormion to Sharpen Value Message of Sales Organization

Lincroft, New Jersey, October 27, 2003 - Phormion Sales Tools (www.phormion.com), the ROI/TCO sales tool development company with a 7-year track record, announced today that First Advantage Corporation (NASDAQ: FADV, www.fadv.com), a global risk management solutions provider, has deployed a custom-developed Phormion sales tool to its Employment Screening and Occupational Health Services sales organization.

First Advantage, a top ranked industry leader in each of its business lines, was formed by the June 2003 merger of established companies in screening and risk mitigation industries.  Early integration efforts in the Employment Screening Services and Occupational Health Services divisions included consolidating the sales forces of four of the eight merged entities and uniting their varying approaches to sales.

The tool Phormion developed for First Advantage’s Employment Screening and Occupational Health Services sales force is specifically designed to highlight and quantify First Advantage’s service value to not only potential new customers, but also existing clients that may be unaware of the new organization’s complete set of offerings.  The tool incorporates a number of features including embedded help screens that obviate the need for an accompanying user’s manual, changeable assumptions and input values, third party and internal First Advantage case studies and statistics that help to reinforce the company’s value proposition, and exposed calculation methodologies to enhance the credibility and effectiveness of the analysis.
