Phormion Develops Combination Proposal Generator/TCO Sales Tool For Brother International's Commercial Division

Leading Office Products Company Turns to Phormion to Improve Quality and Consistency of Proposals

Lincroft, New Jersey, August 18, 2003 - Phormion Sales Tools (www.phormion.com), the oldest pure ROI/TCO sales tool development company, announced today that it has completed a sales tool application for Brother International Corporation’s Commercial Division (www.brother.com) that combines a high-level TCO analysis with a comprehensive proposal generator.

The tool Phormion developed for Brother enables Brother Commercial sales representatives – with a just few mouse clicks - to quickly generate customized proposals containing product literature, competitive comparisons, important corporate information, industry-specific profiles, a high-level TCO analysis, and other information that is customized, combined and printed into a professional, 4-color proposal ready to be presented to prospects.  The tool includes the ability to select over 50 Brother product models, and over 15 additional proposal sections, including benefit discussions and success stories.
