Application Programmer The Application Programmer is responsible for taking a detailed specification and implementing it in software. Current knowledge of web-based technologies (HTML, CGI, Java, JavaScript, Active Server Pages, etc.) is critical. Ideal candidates will have a keen aptitude for creating highly professional user interfaces, and an ability to deliver high quality code within agreed-to time frames.
