Model Developer The Model Developer will be assigned to various clients, and will act as the Project Manager for each assigned project from start to finish. For each client, the Model Developer is responsible for creating the content of the sales tool through an iterative process of interviewing subject matter experts within the client's organization, using spreadsheets and other information supplied by the client, and also utilizing independent research. After the design and content of the sales tool has been signed-off on by the client, the Model Developer will oversee the software development efforts to ensure superior customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a marketing background and experience working with both sales and technical people. Candidates must display high levels of professionalism, experience handling clients, superior organization skills, a detail-oriented approach to work, advanced creative problem solving skills, and the ability to handle complex calculations.
